2 boxes Great Value Cornbread stuffing
Olive oil
1 Tbsp Mrs Dash garlic and herbs
1 Tbsp Knorr dry bullion
1 Tbsp Knorr dry bullion
1 Tsp Oregano
preheat the oven to 400°
spray a 9 by 13 pan with olive oil spray. Place tenderloins or thighs in a bowl with 1/4 cup of olive oil and dry seasonings and mix well pour into prepared pan Bake at 400 degrees for 20 - 50 minutes or til done, depending upon if you use thighs.
Take chicken out of the oven when the timer goes off. Pour the liquid into a measuring cup and add hot water up to the 2 cup mark In a stainless steel bowl add the two boxes of Great Value cornbread stuffing pour the liquid on top stir til moistened. Pour that on top of the chicken add a little water if you need to. 2 tablespoons at a time. return to oven until heated through.
